ATI vs Nvidia
I grabbed a computer magazine called PC Power Play as the cover showed the so called showdown between Nvidia's GeForce 6800 Ultra and ATI Radeoan X800 . Yea the result is obvious , ATI's Radeon X800 is the winner . If both of the graphic card sell in local store , I bet the price will be whooping RM1000 above . Nvidia's 6800 Ultra seems to be power consuming and "too advance" as some games in this time don't require much power to make us orgasm . As for ATI , it seems to follow the time and won many credits espacially their costs . But then , I still wait and see about the graphic cards in the future . :S

Thats where you are wrong. The 6800U doesn't consume much more power than the predecessor, the 5950U(See TechReport or Toms Hardware Guide on the power consumption of the 6800U).
The 6800U is equaling or beating the X800XT in benchmarks while being clocked 120MHz slower, quite an achievement. ATI is scared and may I say terrified of the Nvidia comeback card.
